iQlink presents at the SAP CRM Special Interest Group (SIG) 21st April 2009. Wed 20 of May 2009
On 21st April 2009, Paul Viney will share his experience on how to select, design and implement a complete mobile customer services application integrated to SAP CRM. Using up-to-date real world examples, Paul will outline the choices available regarding pilot projects, handheld devices, implementation times and the configuration that his customers have selected. He will also explain in some detail how robust security can be built into the mobile application.
Mobilising SAP has to be driven and justified by the business to ensure success. The difference between white collar and blue collar applications respectively involving qualitative and quantitative justifications will be considered.
Paul will provide a demonstration of SkyMobile using an application his company is building for a client, and will describe where other customers are seeing benefits in mobilising SAP CRM.
